Newborn Food Products Inc launches the healthier Lily's Peanut Butter Spread Lite
2:49:00 PMMe and my family have been patronizing Lily's Peanut Butter way back when I was still a student up to now that I have my own children. We just love to pair it with pandesal for almusal with a cup of coffee or hot choco and we're good to go. I get to finish three to four pieces of pandesal with the Lily's Peanut Butter because it can really be very addictive which is not a good idea especially now that I'm trying to lose some weight.

But thanks to the the very keen eye of the people behind the 60 year old brand, as they've recently launched a product that would definitely be a hit with health and weight conscious consumers of Lily's Peanut Butter.
It is the first locally-produced lite peanut butter in the market and it is made up of real peanuts and Stevia extract (from the leaves of the Stevia Rebaudiana plant which contains naturally-occuring glycosides that gives Lite a distinct sweetness without any sugar content) minus the sugar or any other chemical ingredients that are found in a lot of low-fat peanut butter alternatives in the market.
Last August 14, 2016, Newborn Food Products Inc, the maker of Lily's Peanut Butter, has officially launched the Lily's Peanut Butter Spread Lite during their "Lily's Lite in the City" event at Trinoma Activity Center, Quezon City.

Present during the event were athlete-turned-celebrity-host Gretchen Ho, actor-model CJ Reyes and singer-model John Pol Dimaculangan.
During the Lily's Lite in the City event, there were a lot of activities that visitors can try out such as booths where they can play and win some stuff plus pampering stations where they can just relax and get their hands and feet massaged. There were also Zumba classes, cooking demonstrations and special performances from the Pilipinas Got Talent finalist Power Impact Dancers that entertained the crowd present at Trinoma Activity Center that afternoon. Lastly, those who purchased Lily's products at the venue looked forward to special raffle draws and high score awards.
It was such a fun event and a great way to introduce the Lily's Peanut Butter Spread Lite. This will definitely be a hit for those who love peanut butter but are health conscious, weight conscious and are on a low-glycemic diet, specifically those who are diabetic and hypertensive because they will be enjoying the same creamy sweetness of Lily's Peanut Butter without compromising their health. Indeed, eating healthy doesn't need to taste bland and boring!
