Improve and Design your Health at October's Health and Wellness Fair

5:57:00 AM

As a mom and a health professional, I've been very serious about taking care of myself and most importantly my little ones. As much as possible, I want to be involved in their health and wellness by making sure that they get proper nutrition, exercise and a regular checkup with their pediatrician. Not only do they need those things I mentioned, but I also make sure that they feel important, loved and taken care of because health is not just being able to provide their physical well being, but also their emotional, mental and spiritual wellness.

That is what the event Design Your Health is aiming to impart to all its attendees. It is a 2-day holistic health and wellness event that will promote a holistically healthy lifestyle. They will be showcasing talks and workshops on activities that can give importance to ones physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being that will greatly affect the overall design of ones health and wellness. The event focuses on catering the entrepreneurial moms, young professionals and health conscious consumers and they want to propose a unique approach to wellness through the workshops, clinics and talks to introduce what "holistically healthy lifestyle" is.

Design your health will be on October 8-9, 2016 at the Mandala Park, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Besides the workshops and talks by experts, the event will also be featuring 50 bazaar exhibitors and fitness sessions such as Zumba and Yoga classes.
