Azalea Hotels and Residences Baguio: My Holiday Haven

7:29:00 AM

Whenever me and my family visit Baguio, we usually stay at a Transient House because this is the cheapest place to live in especially during the Panagbenga Festival where my parents join the annual bazaar that lasts up to a month. It is quite comfortable but the facilities are not really maintained well and it's definitely not what you would want to live in if your planning to have an awesome holiday at the city of pines.

But last month's weekend getaway with my Pinoy Blogger Friends, c/o ms Grace Bondad Nicolas, was an extraordinary experience for me as we stayed for 3days and 2nights in one of Baguio's newest hotels and the only 4-star serviced apartment hotel in the summer capital of the Philippines, the Azalea Hotels and Residences Baguio.

Located at the heart of Baguio (Leonard Wood Loop, Brgy. M. Roxas, Baguio City - across Teacher's Camp), this 6-storey contemporary log cabin-inspired hotel offers a comfortable, luxurious and tranquil haven for you and your loved ones.

What makes it different from all the other accommodations in Baguio is that it provides you the convenience of a hotel as well as the full service and amenities of a serviced apartment. They even gave us welcome drinks (Lychee Juice) upon arrival.

At present they have a total of 99 well-appointed and multi-occupant apartment suite rooms: 46 deluxe, 17 one-bedroom, 33 two-bedroom and 3 three-bedroom that are all fully furnished with a fully functional kitchen and dining facility.

Deluxe: (30sqm, 1 Queen-sized bed, Convertible Sofa Bed, Flat Screen Cable TV, Living/Dining/Kitchen Facilities, Kitchen Appliances and Utensils, Toilet and Bathroom with Hot and Cold Shower, Mini Bar, Wifi Access)

One Bedroom: (45sqm, Master's Bedroom with 1 Queen-sized bed, Convertible Sofa Bed, Flat Screen Cable TV, Living/Dining/Kitchen Facilities, Kitchen Appliances and Utensils, Toilet and Bathroom with Hot and Cold Shower, Mini Bar, Wifi Access, Balcony)

Three Bedroom: (80sqm, Master's Bedroom with 1 Queen-sized bed and private toilet and bathroom with Hot and Cold Shower, Flat Screen Cable TV, 2 Guest Rooms both with 1 Full-sized bed with Flat Screen Cable TV, Living/Dining/Kitchen Facilities, Kitchen Appliances and Utensils, 1 Common Toilet and Bathroom with Hot and Cold Shower, Convertible Sofa Bed, Mini Bar, Wifi Access)

I stayed at the Two Bedroom Suite together with my new found friends Redgy, Eisley and Hazel aka the MarkeTrio :)

Two Bedroom: (60sqm, Master's Bedroom with 1 Queen-sized bed and private toilet and bathroom with Hot and Cold Shower, Flat Screen Cable TV, Guest Room with 1 Full-sized bed with Flat Screen Cable TV, Living/Dining/Kitchen Facilities, Kitchen Appliances and Utensils, 1 Common Toilet and Bathroom with Hot and Cold Shower, Convertible Sofa Bed, Mini Bar, Wifi Access)
