Have yourself a merry tummy christmas at Novotel Manila's Food Exchange

Christmas is usually celebrated by families and friends who gather together to enjoy each other's company while devouring delicious food and drinks at home or at a restaurant. But to make it extra special, some tend to stay at a nice hotel, relax with their loved ones and dine at a more extravagant buffet setup. Both are equally fun and memorable but the latter just gives you a more luxurious experience.

With the holidays just a few days away, one of my favorite hotels in Quezon City, Novotel Manila Araneta Center, has decorated their popular Food Exchange to suit the Christmas Season.

I've dined here at the Novotel Manila's Food Exchange for the nth time and I must say that their buffet spreads are just superb not just in the taste and presentation but also with the variety of food included in their menu which includes Filipino, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and American cuisine. Their desserts range from cakes, ice cream, halohalo, churros, chocolate/strawberry fondue, candies, chocolates, breads, pastries and kakanin. You can even watch them make the puto bumbong for you to enjoy it hot and freshly baked.

You may also want to check out the carving station that has Novotel's special lechon cooked with white wine, Cranberry Glazed Ham, Canadian Style Herb Crusted Prime Rib and Herb stuffed Roasted Turkey for your main course which are absolutely delicious. If you're more into your carbs, you can visit the Pasta Station which includes different kinds of noodles. Their grilling station is something you shouldn't miss if you want to have a bite of their marinated chicken, pork, beef and fish. For healthier food options, they also have a Salad bar with fresh greens, wide range of toppings and dressings. Lastly, get to choose the biggest crabs, shrimps and mussels at the Seafood Station.

Have an awesome gastronomic experience at Novotel's Food Exchange this holiday season even without checking in as they open their buffet to walk-in customers. Celebrate your Noche Buena Feast from 6pm-9pm for only P2588 and have your Midnight Christmas Buffet from 11pm-1am for only P1988 net.

If you are planning a different New Year party vibe, you might consider celebrating the year-end countdown at the 6th Pool Bar and Lounge and Versailles Event Garden and Tent for oly P2019 net.
