Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is an infection of any part of the urinary system such as ureters, bladder, kidneys and uretha.  Most infections usually involve the lower urinary tract which is the bladder and the uretha. UTIs are caused by bacteria entering the urinary tract and binding the urinary wall.  Studies have shown that women are more susceptible to developing at UTI than men. In fact, nearly half of all women will experience a UTI at some point in their lives UTI infection can be very painful and annoying.

Symptoms of a UTI include:

The need to pee more often
Pain or burning sensation when peeing
Smelly or cloudy pee
Pain in the lower abdomen
Feeling tired and unwell

Mild UTIs would often go away within a few days.  In order to help ease the pain while waiting for the symptoms to clear up, one can place a hot water bottle on the tummy, back or between the thighs. Take plenty of rest and drink more fluids to help the body flush out the bacteria.

Those who suffer from UTIs usually go to the doctors and they will be given antibiotics.  However, overusing antibiotics can lead to other infections and increases the risk of developing resistance to antibiotics in the long run. There are other ways to prevent UTIs naturally such as Uqora Control capsules which are made from unique ingredients found in nature.  Uqora Control fights old bacteria which are already living in the urinary tract by biofilm and fights bacteria with antimicrobial activity. We can prevent recurring UTIs by taking preventive steps that will help to avoid both first-time and recurring UTIs.

The best UTI prevention is to boost the body defense against UTI.  We should stay hydrated by drinking lots of fluids to as urine flushes bad bacteria out.  Do not hold the urine in and always wipe from front to back.  Wearing cotton underwear allows breathability.  Eat healthy and drink Uqora daily to help flush out bad bacteria and fight off UTIs.

Urinary tract infections are a common problem and can be frustrating to deal with. Supplementing your diet with Uqora Control capsules and Target drinks is a good way to lower the risk of getting them.
