It's been a while since I made a beauty review and I am happy that today, I'll be writing about products from my favorite online shop Althea Korea! I was lucky enough to be part of their online community called Althea Angels and recently they sent me these products called Fresh Real Detoxers which are a collaboration of Althea and Get It Beauty:

It has 2 variants, the Rose and the Green Tea which has 2 different functions. Both are "specially selected from nature", made of premium ingredients and real plant pieces and has a 2 in 1 function of nourishing the face as a 10 second wash off mask and as a cleanser. First off, let's check out the Real Fresh Skin Detoxer: Rose.


This variant is for Refining. It is a skin-refining recipe made with roses to detox, gently smooth away roughness and give the skin a radiant glow. It is usually used in the morning to help balance the skin's pH levels and protect it, evening out the skin's texture for perfect makeup application.


As what I've said earlier, it contains real plant pieces and this variant has fresh rose petal pieces which are a natural vitamin supplement for the skin that are made up of microstructures to penetrate the skin, effectively giving the nourishment it needs to stay smooth and healthy. Since these are fresh rose petals, its color may change overtime but it won't affect the product's quality and function.

By the way, the rose petals used in this product is 100% Premium May Rose from Grasse, France that blooms just once a year over the span of 5weeks. This type of rose is more effective in balancing the skin's pH at a level 5 compared to other roses.


This variant is for Purifying. It is a skin-purifying recipe made with green tea to detox, soothe and nourish sensitive skin. It is usually used at night to boost the skin's natural regeneration process at night when the skin cells are most active by ensuring the skin is clarified and ready to rest.


It contains baby green tea leaf and powder that soothe and cleanse the skin for a clear and supple complexion. The green tea leaf and powder are from 100% Premium Jeju Green tea that are harvested during the spring which contains an abundance of Catechin, a substance that has 5 times more Vitamin C than lemon, making it excellent at protecting the skin from UV damage. Since it has fresh green tea leaves, there may be discoloration overtime but it will not affect the product's quality and function.

I've been using both products for quite some time now and I must say that it is very different from the other cleansers that I've used in the past which gives you that squeaky clean feeling after rinsing. What I feel after rinsing these detoxers is that my skin is very smooth, supple and soft. It feels clean, refreshed and moisturized compared to other cleansers that makes your face dry. It also smells nice unlike other organic products that smells weird. Definitely a product that I will highly recommend to my family and friends!
