There are many things left to discover about one of the most popular destinations in the country, Tagaytay City. The city has evolved yet retains a charming and relaxing vibe that has captured the hearts of both its dwellers and vacationers.

Moreover, people find comfort in Tagaytay’s tight-knit culture, evident in the overall warmth of the communities. Guests and residents alike have cozy dining options in family houses that converted to private restaurants.

Being part of this inviting community is possible in Serin East Tagaytay, Avida Land’s latest residential development amidst the beautiful Tagaytay City. The development stands on a quiet location that gives its residents the privilege to enjoy a new side of Tagaytay as a contemporary haven with a laidback feel.

People were given a taste of the delightful living experience that Serin East Tagaytay offers during its launch held at the Avida Showroom in Glorietta, Makati City. Avida partnered with tastemakers of bespoke furnishings - Joel Salazar and Paul Baez of Lucina Home, and Kristine Neri-Magturo and Mike Magturo of Urban Abode for the launch, to exude the Tagaytay lifestyle offered in Serin East Tagaytay.

Here are some of the photos during the event:

In order to help its future residents make the most of Tagaytay living, Avida Land also came out with the second issue of Stay Tagaytay magazine in partnership with Good Housekeeping on discovering the dream life at Serin East Tagaytay. This is what they've actually revealed during the trunkshow at the Avida Showroom.

During the event, a talk was done by Urban Abode's owner, Mr. Mike Magturo, followed by a stamp making workshop also sponsored by Urban Abode:

“(The dream life) usually happens after retirement…but Avida is making this attainable even for younger families through affordable home options in picturesque locations such as Tagaytay. You may just find that your favorite weekend getaway can turn into a permanent address,” said Good Housekeeping Editor-in-Chief Tisha Alvarez-Angluben.

Serin East Tagaytay captures the charming and relaxing atmosphere of its location. It is countryside haven, radiating rustic beauty that is ideal for gracious living. Strategically located within close proximity to the city, Serin East Tagaytay stands out as the ideal vacation home as it reflects the timeless allure of the city while blending the comforts of modern lifestyle.

Bursting with abundant greenery, wide open spaces and modern features, Serin East is a refreshing getaway to come home to for those who need a relaxing living experience. Its clubhouse is surrounded by manicured lawns and pocket gardens inspire both fitness and reflection. Idle days can also be spent lounging by Serin East’s resort-type dipping pool.

At the same time, future residents of the property will be in touch with the convenience of modern living because just a few steps away is Ayala Malls Serin, a newly-opened commercial development that blends in the rustic landscape while offering the community dining, shopping, entertainment, and personal needs.

Serin East Tagaytay will rise along the diversion road connecting Aguinaldo Highway and the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway. And despite the country appeal of the development, calling it home doesn’t necessarily mean living in isolation because it is actually a gateway to other travel destinations such as Batangas, Cavite and Laguna. Notwithstanding, its close proximity to the Metro.

“With Serin East Tagaytay, we are fusing the best that Tagaytay has to offer — its idyllic appeal and natural beauty — with the comforts of modern living, giving residents limitless options for their leisure and lifestyle yearnings,” said Avida Marketing Head Tess Tatco.

Get a glimpse of the fine Tagaytay lifestyle through the Artisanal furnishing display at the Avida Showroom in Glorietta, available for public viewing for the whole month of July.

I truly enjoyed the experience I had at the Avida Showroom and I would  like to thank Ms. Jen of Summit Media for inviting me. :)

  1. A lot of new establishments being built in Tagaytay. I cannot image how it would look after 10 years! The furnished units looks beautiful. Is that exactly what a buyer would get if he or she chooses the fully furnished units?

  4. I haven't visited Tagaytay in ages, well, 3 years maybe haha. It really is being developed rather well by corporations. I'm not really into living in buildings whether it's a condo or apartment. I love open space easily accesible by just opening the window and a door, a huge yard all to ourselves too and a food garden. This is perfect for those who prefer condo living though. :)

  5. If I was single, I'd totally get a place in Tagaytay and live there because of the better weather. We love taking our kids to Tagaytay though. We haven't explored Sky Ranch yet. That'll be for our next trip.

  6. I have not seen Tagaytay in a long time because I am afraid to get caught in heavy traffic. Honestly I do not like seeing huge buildings like this in Tagaytay. Nakakasira sa mountain, like what happened to Baguio. :-(

  11. Just looking at the apartment's floor plan, the units seem quite well planned! I don't like odd corners, and here the architect seem to like them straight too.
