As Century Tuna Superbods Nation 2016 reveal the winners tonight at the Palace Pool Club, let me share to you what these awesome contestants underwent last weekend at the BGC Amphitheater for the Pre-Finals Weekend:

Last week's health, fitness and nutrition event which General Manager of Century Pacific Foods, Greg Banzon, described as a way for them to connect, inspire and encourage people to become the best versions of themselves was a success as health enthusiasts, consumers and fans trooped the venue.

The Pre-Finals weekend is a two-day event that have different activities specially planned to encourage consumers on how fun and easy it can be to stay physically and mentally fit and healthy. On the first day, the event was graced by the 26 Superbods Finalists, fitness and nutrition experts, Mr. Elmo Magalona and Ms. Jessy Mendiola. 



They participated in specially planned activities such as Cook-out sessions with Chef Nadine Tengco where delicious yet nutritious dishes were prepared and sampled, a fun and intense Fitness Session with the team of Coach Jim Saret, a Circuit Training Session, a Hiphop Dance Class with G-Force and a Yoga Session with Ms. Bubbles Paraiso. A meet and greet with the 26 Finalists also took place at the event, where fans had the opportunity to have a photo taken with their favorite contender. 



The second day was a bit challenging as the 26 Finalists took on the adrenaline pumping Superbods Super Challenge that includes a Cross Fit Circuit Race, a Super Joust Battle and an Escape Room Challenge. 



It was indeed a successful two-day event that was enjoyed not only by the finalists but also the consumers and fans who attended the Pre-Finals Weekend. The challenges not only show how physically fit the finalists were but also how they strategize and exercise their minds during the activities. All of them are deserving to win the title of Ultimate Superbod 2016.
