Heart your Life: Lessen the tension of Hypertension

6:00:00 PM

You can’t deal with something half-heartedly and expect to do well, just like having hypertension. You can’t just shrug it off and ignore the risks. In our country, an alarming number of Filipinos are afflicted with this condition; 75% follow strict compliance while 25% don’t. If you suddenly realize that hypertension could lead to more serious conditions such as stroke, heart attack or heart failure will you still shrug it off? As the number of people with healthy lifestyle continues to decline, ATC Healthcare is here to promote the well-being of people.

ATC Coenzyme Q10, also known as the Heart Energizer, improves the heart’s ability to pump more blood. It also lowers the viscosity or the thickness of the blood, making it easier for the heart to function normally while maintaining a person’s normal blood pressure. If you have hypertension and ignoring the risks, it’s time to heart your life.

  4. I used to be hypertensive suspect when I was younger. I managed to overcome it when I started running. It's nice that there's a medication that's perfect for those with hypertension.

  7. I did not know there was already a separate capsule for CoQ 10. The reasonable price is very much a plus. Not yet available in major drug stores?

    1. You're welcome. :) Well, as what I've read, coq10 is an antioxidant, so it can also be god for the skin. Though another study shows that those with heart diseases are the ones who get antioxidant benefits in coq10. :)

    1. Based on what I've read, Fish oil does not contain coq10 naturally, though some manufacturers try to combine them and claim that it would be a better supplement for the heart.

    1. You're right, a lot of Filipinos had been diagnosed with hypertension. This maybe because of hereditary but in most cases, it is because of their lifestyle.

  12. I have heard this through the radio and have told my parents to try it out since they have hypertension. They are still thinking about it. My parents feel like they want to consult a doctor first since as it states on the box, "no approved therapeutic claims", my parents would prefer something more effective.

    1. If they have been hypertensive for quite a long time, they really need to consult a doctor because they need a medicine to lower their blood pressure. This one is just a supplement.

  13. Another health supplement? May I know the source of the enzyme, is it plant or animal based? And how much do you take each day?

    1. I'm pretty sure this is animal based since coq10 are naturally found in pork, beef, chicken and the like. It states that you should take one capsule before every meal (3 meals per day) with warm water. :)
