Gerald, Paulo and Matteo strips off and shares their Recipe to Sexy using Century Tuna

There are a lot of ways on how you can lose weight so that you would look sexy on your swimwear. Unfortunately, these ways are not very easy especially if you are not disciplined. You should have time to exercise, either cardio or weight lifting, you must sleep at least 10 hours a day, hydrate yourself and of course, have a balanced meal. Seems pretty easy but I bet the last one would be my favorite thing to do if these are my chefs:

I present to you the endorsers for Century Tuna's "My Recipe to Sexy" Campaign. Last April 19, 2017, these fit, sexy, handsome and talented actors prepared their favorite dishes using Century Tuna.

Gerald, Paulo and Matteo were actually wearing something before they stripped down in front of us. Check out my Facebook Live during the event and why everyone was so "kinikilig" including me. :)

I know that you are already familiar with these uber hot men but let me share to you some trivia about them:

Gerald Anderson - he was the third big placer in the 1st season of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 2006. He then continued having appearances in different TV Shows, landed movie roles and became a part of a very popular love team but his best performance as an actor was for the film "On the Job".

Paulo Avelino - a.k.a. the Prince of Teleserye as he starred in a number of TV Shows but he was also very in indie movies such as the "Saya ng Dalawang Kaliwang Paa" where he bagged the Best Actor award in the prestigious Gawad Urian.

Matteo Guidicelli - He was first recognized as a karting racer with numerous trophies, then he entered showbiz after attending a drama and performing arts school in the US. He also released his first self-titled album last year.

So why these three gorgeous men for "My Recipe to Sexy" campaign? Century Pacific Food Inc VP and General Manager Greg Banzon answers that with: "Like Gerald, Matteo and Paulo, Century Tuna is very versatile. You can use it in different dishes, allowing you to be creative in creating your own recipe to sexy!".

During the event they replicate their favorite dishes that they made in Century Tuna's newest TVC.

When asked why these are the dishes they prepared, here's what they replied:

"Breakfast for me is very important and I wanted a dish that's a healthier take on the typical Pinoy breakfast so I came up with this super delicious Tuna Silog" - Gerald

"I'm always on the go. I love having a lean sandwich because it's easy to prepare. Just like my Tuna Egg Salad Sandwich on wheat bread which is healthy yet very satisfying" - Matteo

"Tuna Pancit Canton is the ultimate yummy comfort food. Something you make in a jiffy!" -Paulo

With all that being said, you obviously don't need to starve yourselves just to get that summer body you've been preparing for. You just need the right ingredients for your recipe to stay sexy and fit this summer, like the lean and adaptable Century Tuna which you can easily prepare and enjoy in different dishes.

So what are you waiting for? Create a version of your favorite dish using the healthy and delicious Century Tuna and enjoy eating it without any guilt. :)

Diverse group of artists and art enthusiast gathered together at the recent Art in the Park held at the Jaime Velasquez Park, Salcedo Village in Makati City. During the public visual arts event, GSM Premium Gin participated to elevate the art experience with their collection of amazingly concocted cocktails for everyone to enjoy.

While art aficionados enjoyed GSM Premium Gin’s handcrafted cocktails, they also contributed in producing a unique art installation wherein returned cocktail cups were recycled and turned into an instant art work that formed a rendition of the iconic Ginebra San Miguel logo of National Artist Fernando Amorsolo. In addition to the art installation, visitors modernized a stencil artwork of the St. Michael the Archangel logo by adding dashes of colors.

Art in the Park 2017 Organizer Lisa Periquet and GSMI Premium Gin Brand Manager Giselle Villanueva

“GSM Premium Gin is about elevating taste by making people experience the finer things in life. Our presence here at Art in the Park signifies that our brand appreciates art not just as a form of expression, but as a medium that can be purposeful. Through Art in the Park, we help grow local talent which is just the beginning of the greater things in store for the brand and for the art community,” said GSM Premium Gin Assistant Brand Manager Giselle Villanueva.

The Instagram-worthy GSM Premium Gin Cart was likewise an attraction in itself. Sarah Geronimo shares her secret weapon against sore throat

Event

Before practicing my nursing profession, I was once a vocalist in an acoustic band. I've been in the industry for 5 years and it was such a privilege to sing and perform with my co-band mates and of course to my audience. Unfortunately, I had to turn down the gigs due to my current priority, but I can still remember how much I had to discipline myself when it comes to taking care of my throat. I had to avoid drinking iced beverages and eating sweets, which I both failed to control myself from doing, causing sore or itchy throat and cancelled gigs.

If I've only known of this product before, I might have been able to put it into good use whenever I experience the worst thing that could happen to a singer.

P428.00 (good for 104 sprays)

Introducing, the Kamillosan M Spray, which is a clinically proven all-natural sore throat spray solution which contains 8 active ingredients that effectively soothes and relieve sore throat namely, Chamomile extract (anti-inflammatory agent that reduces pain, swelling, and redness), Methyl salicylate, Peppermint oil, Sage oil, Anise oil, dwarf pine needle oil, Bergamot oil and Cineol (essential oils with antibacterial effect). What makes it the best choice among all its competitors is its minty fresh sweet aftertaste from its natural ingredients.

I got to know more about the Kamillosan M Spray during its newest campaign launch last April 21, 2017 at Discovery Primea. During the event, they also invited their newest endorser, none other than the Popstar Royalty, Ms. Sarah Geronimo.

The event started with hosts Sam YG and Issa Litton interviewing A. Menarini Philippines' (part of the largest Italian biopharmaceutical groups, Menarini) General Manager Ninia Torres, followed by a brief overview on sore throat by Dra. Clarissa Fortuna, supported by a product discussion from the brand’s medical manager Dr. Gabby Santos.

The highlight of the event is of course, Sarah G performing a song number showcasing her powerful vocals and then she also shared her singing journey as to how she learned to become an inspiration and motivation to others through her voice and positivity, making her the perfect endorser for Kamillosan's Speak Up Campaign.

“The essence of our campaign is to really encourage people to speak up with the help of Kamillosan. Just like Sarah, we hope to inspire people to pursue their passion without any hindrance along the way, especially sore throat,” shared Patty Nuqui, Marketing Director of Kamillosan.

“We are truly proud and delighted to have this opportunity to not just introduce a product we support and believe in, but to have Kamillosan take the higher ground and mean more to people than just a product for sore throat,” A. Menarini Philippines’ General Manager, Ninia Torres, added.

Tips you should know prior to owning a California E-bike

PressRelease

Heavy traffic is the worst enemy of every commuter in the metro. Despite waking up early to at least avoid rush hour, there's just too many cars on the road as well as constructions of MRT/LRT lines that makes a normal 30 min travel doubled or even tripled. That is why, a lot of commuters decide to buy motorcycles or eco-bikes to be able to travel faster since they are more compact and they are able to go through the smallest spaces in a heavy traffic.

Not only does it make you reach destinations at a faster pace but it is much more affordable than a 4-wheel and it doesn't need fuel. One of the most popular ones is the California Eco-bike. It now has 2 new models, which are the Taylor and Rhodes, that are both compact yet sleek and dependable.

You just charge the California e-bike unit for 6-7 hours and use it for a 45km ride at a speed of 35kph which means you save money from fuel and protect the environment due to zero emission.

But prior to owning one, here's a few tips that you should know:

Responsibilities in owning an E-bike

LTO toiled on a regulation that strengthens the previous Memorandum Circular No. 721-2006 that pertains to regulations in owning & driving an E-bike and stipulated a more safety and enhanced security feature on Light Electric Vehicles.

The new guidelines will help regulate accidents and other concerns such as theft, which happens to be a persistent problem that needs to be solved. Hence, to ensure the security, LTO encourages the public and the e-bike community to register to register their units.
